A learning sprint is a short experiment with a visible finish line. Choose one skill and define what you should be able to demonstrate after four weeks.
Plan the weeks
Week one establishes the baseline. Week two focuses on one building block. Week three combines the parts in a small project. Week four reviews the result and identifies the next gap. Schedule practice sessions that fit your actual calendar.
Collect evidence
Save dated examples, notes about mistakes and one short self-review after each session. Compare evidence under similar conditions rather than relying on memory. If a method is not working, change the exercise and record why.
End with three statements: what improved, what remains uncertain and what you will practise next. The plan is successful when it makes learning observable and sustainable.
